We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 35,000,000 European-style noncollateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of TM by way of market making.

The TM-C98 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The TM-C98 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 25 October 2021. The TM-C98 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 October 2021. The obligations of MCSM under TM-C98 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 25 October 2021.
