Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 17 March 2022, 10 June 2022, 15 August 2022 and 30 August 2022 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the aforesaid announcements.

On behalf of CMS, Thinkat Advisory Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Balance Purchase Price for the Acquisition Agreements have been paid to the vendors on 6 September 2022. As such the Acquisitions were completed on even date.

Pursuant to the completion of the Acquisitions, Scomi Oilfield Ltd (together with its identified direct and indirect subsidiaries) is now an indirect subsidiary of CMS.
