Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and acronyms used herein shall be the same as those defined in the Company’s previous announcement dated 18 July 2022 in relation to the voluntary winding-up of KNM Global Ltd.

Reference is made to the previous announcement dated 18 July 2022.

The Company wishes to announce that it had in the evening of 6 September 2022, received confirmation from its agent, Vistra Licence Holdings (BVI) Limited that pursuant to the BVI Business Companies Act 2004, all the requirements of the Act in respect of dissolution having been complied with, KNM Global Ltd has been officially dissolved on 29 August 2022.
