We refer to the Company's announcements dated 11 January 2022, 10 February 2022, 4 April 2022 and 13 July 2022. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.
The Board of Directors wishes to inform that solicitors for the Plaintiff and Defendant in the suit have attended case management on 6 September 2022. The Court has directed parties to file the Common Bundle of Documents by 6 October 2022. The Court has also fixed a full trial of this suit from 19 June 2023 to 22 June 2023. The next case management has been fixed on 11 October 2022 before the Deputy Registrar to update the Court on the status of the Common Bundles and expert affidavits.
