We refer to the announcements dated 14 April 2022, 27 April 2022, 29 April 2022, 18 May 2022, 1 June 2022, 8 June 2022, 29 June 2022, 15 July 2022, 27 July 2022 and 23 August 2022 in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

Further to the Company’s announcement dated 23 August 2022 pertaining to the approval from the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur on the Scheme of Arrangement pursuant to Section 366(3) of the Act in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation (“Court Order”), on behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that the sealed Court Order has been extracted.

An announcement on the entitlement date for the shareholders of the Company in respect of the Proposed Internal Reorganisation will be made in due course.
