The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company has on 8 September 2022, received a notice in writing dated 8 September 2022 from Messrs Deloitte PLT ("Deloitte") on their resignation as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016 ("Notice of Resignation"). The resignation of Deloitte which is on a voluntary basis, shall be effective 21 days from the date of the Notice of Resignation or the date of the Company's appointment of another Auditors for the Company, whichever is the earlier.

Deloitte has been the Auditors of the Company for more than 25 years and the Board considers the change of Auditors to be in line with good governance of upholding higher level of independence in view of the long engagement with Deloitte.

The Board is not aware of any matters that need to be brought to the attention of the Shareholders of the Company.

Further announcement on the appointment of the new Auditors will be made by the Company once the appointment is finalised by the Company.
