Reference is made to the proposed utilisation of proceeds raised from the placement of 50,000,000 new shares in IDB as disclosed in Section 1.4 of the Information Memorandum dated 6 September 2019.
The Company wishes to announce that the Board of Directors of IDB has resolved to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of proceeds to up to 48 months from the listing date ("Extension of Time").
