Further to the Company’s announcement of 13 September 2021 on the execution of the memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with T&T Group Joint Stock Company (“T&T Group”) on 11 September 2021 to explore the possibilities for cooperation with respect to potential LNG-to-power projects in Vietnam and the region and the subsequent quarterly announcements on 10 December 2022, 11 March 2022 and 30 June 2022, the Board of Directors of JRB (“Board”) wishes to inform that the MOU which is for a period of 12 months has lapsed on 11 September 2022.

There are still discussions with T&T Group as both parties are still interested to pursue future joint collaborations. JRB will make an announcement should a formal arrangement be made with T&T Group.
