The Board of Directors of HPP wishes to inform that the Company had received a letter dated 7 September 2022 from Moore Stephens Associates PLT (“MSA”) informing their intention not to seek for re-appointment as the Auditors of the Company and MSA shall hold office until the conclusion of the forthcoming Fourth Annual General Meeting pursuant to Section 273(b) of the Companies Act 2016.

In replacement thereof, the Board with the recommendation from the Audit and Risk Management Committee which had reviewed several audit proposals, recommended the appointment of BDO PLT as the new Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 May 2023, at a remuneration to be determined by the Directors (“Proposed Change of Auditors”).

The Proposed Change of Auditors is subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
