With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of UOADEV, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. UOADEV-CY is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 24 August 2022 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The UOADEV-CY is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 August 2022 and the Term Sheet for the UOADEV-CY dated 13 September 2022. A summary of the principal terms of the UOADEV-CY is set out in Table 1.
