Reference is made to the announcement dated 29 July 2022 and 29 August 2022 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. On behalf of the Board of Directors of ARK, M & A Securities wishes to announce after having considered the current market sentiment, the Board has decided for the time-being, to defer the Proposed Private Placement. As such, the application for the Proposed Private Placement will not be submitted to the authorities at this juncture.
