Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, the Company wishes to announce the following award of ordinary shares of the Company (“LTIP Shares”) under the Restricted Share Plan (“RSP”) of the Company’s Long-Term Incentive Plan (“LTIP”).
The details of the LTIP Shares offered to the selected employees/executives of the Company under the LTIP are as set out in Table 1 in the attachment.
