(Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the circular to shareholders of the Company in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan dated 30 June 2022).
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities and Malacca Securities wish to announce that the Company had on 20 September 2022 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time of an additional six (6) months (i.e., from 5 October 2022 to 5 April 2023) to complete the Proposed Regularisation Plan (“EOT Application”). The EOT Application is subject to the approval of Bursa Securities.
