We refer to our earlier announcement dated 17 August 2022 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board of Directors of HEB ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Board, after taking into consideration the additional factors listed in the attachment below, had decided to abort the Proposals.
