The Board of Directors of Plenitude wishes to announce that the Company proposed to seek shareholders' approval on the Proposed Amendments of the Constitution of Plenitude  ("Constitution") ("Proposed Amendment") at the forthcoming Twenty-Second (22nd) Annual General Meeting of the Company. 

The Proposed Amendment is to streamline the Company's Constitution with Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Main Listing Requirements as well as to enhance administrative efficiencies thereof.
