We refer to our announcements dated 29 June 2022, 30 June 2022 and 19 August 2022 in relation to the change of External Auditors of the Company.
The Board of DBHD wishes to announce that the Company has on 22 September 2022 received the consent letter dated 19 September 2022 from Messrs. KPMG PLT (“KPMG”) to act as External Auditors of the Company. Hence, Messrs. KPMG has been appointed as the External Auditors of the Company.
