We refer to the Company’s announcements on 11 October 2021 and 22 August 2022. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.
The Board of Directors of DNeX wishes to announce that the Company had on 21 September 2022 received, via the Company’s solicitors, a copy of the unsealed notice of appeal dated 19 September 2022 from Puan Nuraslina binti Zainal Abidin (“Plaintiff”)’s solicitors in respect of the appeal filed by the Plaintiff against the decision made by the High Court which had dismissed the Plaintiff’s petition for minority oppression.
Further announcement will be made of any material development as and when appropriate.
