The Board of Directors of Mulpha ("Board") wishes to announce that the Board has on 23 September 2022 received a notice of unconditional voluntary take-over offer ("Notice") from UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd on behalf of the Joint Offerors, to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in Mulpha not already held by the Joint Offerors ("Offer Share(s)") for a cash consideration of RM2.30 per Offer Share.
A copy of the Notice is enclosed in this announcement and the same will be posted to the holders of the Offer Shares within 7 days from the date of this announcement.
