We refer to the announcement in relation to the Proposed Private Placement dated 3 June 2022.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of XOXTech, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board has decided to abort the Proposed Private Placement. The decision of the Board was made in order to review the Group’s financial requirements and to explore other avenue of fund-raising exercises to meet its financial needs.
In relation thereto, Mercury Securities has on even date submitted an application to Bursa Securities to withdraw the listing application in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.
