We refer to the Company's announcements made on 18 November 2021, 19 November 2021, 30 November 2021, 28 December 2021, 7 January 2022, 17 February 2022, 7 March 2022, 21 March 2022, 1 April 2022, 24 May 2022, 20 June 2022, 15 July 2022, 25 July 2022 and 1 September 2022 in respect of the judicial management application filed by Maybank Islamic Berhad against its wholly owned subsidiary, Khee San Food Industries Sdn Bhd.
The Company wishes to announce that on 26 September 2022, this matter came up for Case Management for the Interim Judicial Manager’s Notice of Application for Remuneration ("Enclosure 157").
The next Case Management for Enclosure 157 has been fixed on 6 October 2022.
The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
