(Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the circular to shareholders of the Company in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan dated 30 June 2022).
We refer to the announcement dated 20 September 2022 in relation to the EOT Application (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities and Malacca Securities wish to announce that Bursa Securities has decided to grant the Company an extension of time up to 5 April 2023 to implement the Proposed Regularisation Plan.
The aforesaid extension of time is without prejudice to Bursa Securities’ right to proceed to suspend the trading of the listed securities of Catcha Digital and to de-list the Company in the event the Company fails to implement the Proposed Regularisation Plan within the time frame or extended time frame stipulated by any of the regulatory authorities.
Upon occurrence of the event above, Bursa Securities may suspend the trading of the listed securities of Catcha Digital on 6th market day after the date of notification of suspension by Bursa Securities and may de-list the Company, subject to the Company’s right to appeal against the delisting.
