The Board of Directors of ECOBUILT wishes to propose the nomination of HLB Ler Lum Chew PLT as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 May 2023 in place of the retiring Auditors, HLB AAC PLT and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, at a remuneration to be determined by the Directors ("Proposed Change of Auditors"). 

The Proposed Change of Auditors is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Eighteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
