ADJUSTMENTS TO THE EXERCISE PRICE AND NUMBER OF OUTSTANDING WARRANTS 2021/2026 ISSUED BY FAST ENERGY HOLDINGS BERHAD ("FAST ENERGY") IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE DEED POLL DATED 28 OCTOBER 2021 PURSUANT TO THE CONSOLIDATION OF EVERY 6 ORDINARY SHARES IN FAST ENERGY INTO 1 FAST ENERGY CONSOLIDATED SHARE ("CONSOLIDATED SHARE")
Pursuant to the Share Consolidation, the exercise price of the outstanding Warrants A will be revised from RM0.15 to RM0.90 each while 14,532,219 Consolidated Warrants A will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 29 September 2022 (collectively referred to as the "Adjustments"). Further, in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll A, the Adjustments takes effect from 5.00 p.m., 29 September 2022, being the entitlement date for the Share Consolidation. The notice to the holders of the Warrants A (setting out the details of the Adjustments) will be despatched in due course. This announcement is dated 28 September 2022.
