Reference is made to the announcement dated 3 July 2017, 8 May 2018, 18 February 2019, 2 August 2019, 30 December 2019, 2 July 2020, 5 October 2020, 18 February 2021 and 30 August 2021 in relation to the MOU dated 30 June 2017 entered between Pembinaan Terasia Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TWL Holdings Berhad ("TWL") and LJ Development (KL) Sdn Bhd.
The Board of Directors of TWL hereby wishes to announce that the parties had agreed to extend the MOU until 30 June 2023 and that all other terms and conditions in the MOU shall remain in full force and effect.
