Reference is made to the announcement dated 28 September 2022 in relation to the notice of book closure for the Share Consolidation.
The Share Consolidation involves the consolidation of every 10 existing GNB Shares into 1 Consolidated Share as at 5.00 p.m. on 13 October 2022, being the entitlement date for the Share Consolidation ("Entitlement Date").
Fractional entitlements arising from the Share Consolidation, if any, shall be disregarded and/or dealt with by the Board of Directors of the Company in such manner at its absolute discretion as it may deem fit and in the best interest of the Company.
The Consolidated Shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 20 October 2022. The notices of allotment of the Consolidated Shares will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders within 4 market days after the Entitlement Date.
For clarity, the trading in GNB Shares has been suspended with effect from 14 December 2020 and will continue to be suspended until the completion of the regularisation plan.
