The Board of Directors of ICONIC wishes to announce that Iconic Maison Sdn Bhd (IMSB or Vendor), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 29 September 2022 entered into Sale and Purchase Agreement (Agreements) with Modern Rewards Sdn Bhd (MRSB or Purchaser) for the disposal of the properties to MRSB for a total cash consideration of RM9,400,000.00 (Disposal Consideration), upon the terms and conditions as set out in the SPA (Proposed Disposal).
