All terms and expressions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Company's announcements dated 30 June 2022 and 5 July 2022 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition, unless stated otherwise.
The Board of Directors (“Board”) of FFB wishes to announce that the Condition Precedent for the Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) has been fulfilled on 29 September 2022 and the SPA has now become unconditional.
The Proposed Acquisition is expected to be completed within the Completion Period of 3 months from the unconditional date, i.e. period ending 28 December 2022.
(Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the SPA).
