On behalf of the Board of Directors of LICB (“Board”), AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) wishes to announce that LICB proposes to undertake a proposed bonus issue of up to 340,402,032 warrants in the Company (“Warrants”) on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 existing ordinary shares in the Company held on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants”).
