Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of Efficient wishes to announce that Efficient Group had in the ordinary course of business entered into RRPTs with various parties connected with the Directors and major shareholders of Efficient for the period from 9 April 2022 to 29 September 2022, the aggregate amount of such RRPTs exceeded the 1% percentage ratio.
