Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 30 September 2022 in relation to the resignation of Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT as the Auditors of PDZ.

The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of PDZ wishes to announce that the Audit Committee and the Board have selected ChengCo PLT (“ChengCo”) for appointment as new Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2022, after taking into account, inter alia, the proposed audit fee and engagement proposal from ChengCo, as well as their profile, adequacy of resources and experience of their audit engagement team.

The appointment of ChengCo as the new Auditors of the Company is subject to the Company receiving the written consent to act as Auditors of the Company from ChengCo pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016.

Further announcement will be made by the Company in due course once the appointment of new Auditors is finalised by the Company.
