The Board of Directors of Imaspro wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Eighteenth Annual General Meeting of Imaspro on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for the Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature and Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for the Authority to the Company to purchase its own Shares of up to ten per centum (10%) of its Total Number of Issued Shares ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandates").
A Circular/Statement to Shareholders containing details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandates will be issued to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company's Annual Report 2022 in due course.
