We refer to the announcements made on 8 August 2022, 9 August 2022 and 19 August 2022 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has, on 11 October 2022 (“Price-fixing Date”), resolved to fix the issue price at RM0.56 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”). The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.04 or approximately 6.67% to the closing price of Carzo Share on 17 August 2022, being the last day Carzo Shares were traded preceding the Price-fixing Date, of RM0.60 per Carzo Share.
