Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), Sierac Corporate Advisers Sdn Bhd (“SCA”), on behalf of the Board of Directors of BIG (“Board”), wishes to announce that BIG and/or its subsidiaries (“BIG Group”) has in the ordinary course of its business, entered into RRPTs which are necessary for the day-to-day operations of BIG Group.

Taking into consideration the RRPTs as well as other anticipated recurrent related party transactions which are likely to occur with frequency and arise at any time and from time to time, the Company proposes to, pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2) of the MMLR, seek a general mandate from its shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be convened at a later date to allow BIG Group to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature which are necessary for day-to-day operations of BIG Group in the ordinary course of business and on terms not more favourable to the related party than those generally available to the public (“Proposed RRPT Mandate”).
