Further to the Company’s announcement dated 30 June 2022, Insas Berhad (“Insas”) wishes to announce that the strike off application of Insas Logistics (S) Pte Ltd (“ILSPL”) has been approved by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore. Accordingly, the name of ILSPL has been struck off from the register and cease to be indirect subsidiary of Insas.
