- OFFER AND GRANT OF OPTIONS UNDER SHARE ISSUANCE SCHEME

Pursuant to Rules 9.19(51) of the Ace Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Bioalpha wishes to announce that it has offered options to employees and Directors under its Share Issuance Scheme.

The details of the Options offered to the eligible persons of the Company are set out as follows:-
