The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the ESS. Reference is made to the approval obtained from the shareholders of Adventa for the ESS at the annual general meeting of the Company held on 23 June 2022 ("AGM"). On behalf of the Board of Directors of Adventa, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that pursuant to Paragraph 6.43 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the effective date for the ESS has been fixed on 12 October 2022, being the date of submission of the following documents in relation to the ESS to Bursa Securities:- i. Final By-Laws; and ii. Resolutions passed by the shareholders of Adventa at the AGM.
