Unless otherwise define in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposed Special Issue.

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 13 October 2022, approved the listing of and quotation for up to  50,000,000 Special Issue Shares representing approximately up to 14.29% of the Company's existing issued shares, to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Special Issue on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities subject to the following conditions:

(i) Ecomate and M&A Securities must full comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Special Issue.

(ii) Ecomate and M&A Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Special Issue.

(iii) Ecomate to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and condition of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Special Issue is completed.

Ecomate is required to ensure full compliance of all the requirements as provided under the Listing Requirements at all times.
