Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 6 October 2021, 2 December 2021 and 1 July 2022.
On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities wishes to announce that SYF has on 13 October 2022 written to Insas to vary the conditionality of the SYF Proposals such that all components of the SYF Proposals are now inter-conditional upon one another.
The above variation is agreed by Insas as vendor of M & A Securities.
