On behalf of the Board of Directors of Binasat (“Board”), TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA Securities”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed free warrants issue of up to 194,147,753 free warrants (“Warrant(s)”) on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 existing ordinary shares in the Company (“Binasat Shares” or “Shares”) held by the shareholders of Binasat whose names appear in the record of depositors of the Company at the close of business on an entitlement date which will be determined later (“Proposed Free Warrants Issue”).
