On behalf of the Board of Directors of Revenue, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that Revenue is proposing to undertake a bonus issue of up to 105,567,870 warrants (“Warrant(s) B”) on the basis of 1 Warrant B for every 6 existing ordinary shares in Revenue held by the shareholders whose names appear on the Company’s record of depositors on an entitlement date, to be determine later (“Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants”).
