We refer to the announcements made on 18 August 2022, 22 August 2022 and 28 September 2022 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 13 October 2022, noted that up to 46,535,400 new GPP Shares arising from the Proposed Private Placement will be listed and quoted on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities in multiple tranches in the 4th quarter of calendar year 2022 and in 1st quarter of calendar year 2023.
