(Unless defined otherwise, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the initial announcement made on 20 January 2021.)

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 20 January 2021, 31 March 2021, 30 June 2021, 30 September 2021, 30 November 2021, 28 February 2022, 31 May 2022 and 30 August 2022 pertaining to the Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) entered between Fintec Glove Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 202001025522 (1381842-A)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of FINTEC, and ROBAYU Corporation sp. z o.o. [NIP: 5311580976] to spearhead its sales and distribution of medical grade nitrile examination gloves in Warsaw, Poland and Eastern Europe.

The Board of Directors of FINTEC wishes to inform that in light of the absence of any further progress on the MOA, the Parties have mutually agreed to terminate the MOA with immediate effect.

The termination of the MOA is not expected to have any material financial impact to the Company and its subsidiary.
