Reference is made to K. SENG SENG CORPORATION BERHAD’s (“KSSC” or “the Company”) announcements dated 15 September 2022 and 14 October 2022 in relation to the above Suit. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcement. 

 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that:-

  1. KSSM had on 7 October 2022 filed an application for further and better particulars in respect of the Plaintiff’s Statement of Claim;
  2. KSSM had on 13 October 2022 been served with an application by the Plaintiff for summary judgment; and
  3. KSSM had on 14 October 2022 filed an application for security for costs against the Plaintiff.

 

The Court has fixed the hearing date for all the three (3) interlocutory applications on 13 February 2023.
