The Board of Directors of AHB wishes to announce that the Company had on 21 October 2022 received a letter from the Immigration Department Malaysia (“IDM”) informing the Company has been appointed as an agent for the Malaysia Premium Visa Programme (“PVIP”) (“the Appointment”).

The Appointment would enable the Company to act as the agent on behalf of the IDM to process up to five hundred (500) applications. The Appointment is valid for a period of three (3) years from 21 October 2022.

The Board is of the opinion that the Appointment is in the best interest of the Company.

The Board is of the view that the Appointment will not have any material effect on the issued share capital of the Company and the substantial shareholders’ shareholding.

The Appointment also does not have any material effect on earnings per share nor net assets per share of the Group for the financial year ending 30 September 2023.
