Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 27 May 2022, 10 June 2022, 12 October 2022 and 19 October 2022 in relation to the Proposed Transfer Listing (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the Announcement.

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to inform that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 26 October 2022, approved the transfer of Mobilia’s entire issued share capital and Warrants from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities, under the “Consumer Products & Services” sector.

The transfer listing will take effect immediately 2 market days upon the announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date via Bursa LINK.
