(Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Company’s announcements dated 28 February 2022, 1 March 2022 and 13 July 2022 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Announcements”))
Further to the Announcements, the Board wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on 28 October 2022, in accordance with the terms of the PSA and Supplemental Agreement.
The final Land area as determined by an official survey of the Land Office was 16,608 square metres (or 10.38 rai) and the final purchase price was Thai Baht 44,634,000 (Thai Baht 4,300,000 per rai).
