The Board of Directors of Homeritz Corporation Berhad ("Homeritz" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Directors has on 28 October 2022 proposed a final single-tier dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 August 2022 ("Proposed Final Dividend"), subject to the approval of Homeritz shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The entitlement date and payment date in respect of the Proposed Final Dividend will be determined and announced by Homeritz in due course.
