We refer to the previous announcements and the Abridged Prospectus dated 3 October 2022 in relation to the Corporate Exercises. The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise states, have the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcements and the Abridged Prospectus.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 88,000,000 Rights Shares and 88,000,000 Warrants issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 31 October 2022, marking the completion of the Rights Issue with Warrants.

Pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants, the collective shareholdings of HHSB and the PACs in HYB have increased from 114,698,098 HYB Shares representing 32.58% of the issued share capital of HYB as at the Entitlement Date to 154,239,182 HYB Shares representing 35.05% of the enlarged issued share capital of HYB as at 31 October 2022. Further, as at 31 October 2022, the collective warrantholdings of HHSB and the PACs in HYB comprise 39,541,084 Warrants representing 44.93% of the total number of Warrants in HYB.

Assuming the full exercise of the Warrants held by HHSB and the PACs (and no other shareholder exercises the Warrants), the shareholdings of HHSB and the PACs in HYB will increase to 193,780,266 HYB Shares representing 40.41% of the enlarged issued share capital of HYB.
