On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company ("the Board"), we wish to announce that the Board has been informed that the existing auditors, Messrs. Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT, have indicated their intention not to seek for re-appointment as Auditors of the Company at the forthcoming Eighteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Company is taking the necessary steps to appoint new auditors as soon as practicable. Further announcement will be released in due course once the proposed appointment has been confirmed.
