The board of directors of EVD Berhad (“EVD” or the “Company”) wishes to inform that EV-Dynamic Sdn Bhd (“EV-Dynamic”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has on 1 November 2022, entered into a distribution agreement with Neusoft Medical Systems Co. Ltd. (“Neusoft”), whereby Neusoft appoints EV-Dynamic as the exclusive distributor to purchase the medical equipment (“Products”) from Neusoft for the purpose of resale to end user (a person or an entity that purchases the Products for patient use rather than resale or distribution) in Malaysia.
